WHAT DOES YOUR WORKING DAY LOOK LIKE?
As a Flexi / Student Bar & Hall you are the smiling face of The Smils and you play a crucial role in offering our guests an unforgettable experience. Your duties are varied and include:
- Welcoming guests with a smile and guiding them to their lane or table.
- Recording, preparing and serving drinks and snacks at the bar and in the hall.
- Providing a neat and inviting atmosphere in our bar and hall.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions correctly.
- Answering questions from guests and providing information about our services and promotions.
- Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to positive team dynamics.
